Riley joined CPS in 2026 as a Principal.
Riley collaborates closely with the investment team to develop investment strategy, originate and evaluate new platform and add-on investments, lead transaction execution, and actively support portfolio companies on value creation and strategic initiatives.
Most recently, Riley worked at Clairvest Group Inc. where he spent 7 years on their Investment Team and was a key member of several highly successful investments including Star Waste, Arrowhead Environmental Partners (CVCA 2024 PE Global Dealmaker Award), and AlsoEnergy (CVCA 2023 PE Global Dealmaker Award). Riley brings more than 10 years of experience inclusive of 3 years with TD Securities working on the Global Investment Banking team.
Riley holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University (Smith School of Business) and is a CFA Charterholder.
