Kevin is an Associate with CPS, and supports transaction execution and value creation initiatives across the portfolio.
Prior to CPS, Kevin was an Investment Banking Associate with CIBC Capital Markets, advising on mergers and acquisitions and capital raising transactions for financial sponsors and corporate clients. Previously, he worked at National Bank Financial and PriceWaterhouseCoopers, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant (CPA, CA).
Kevin holds a MAcc and BMath from the University of Waterloo.
