Josh joined CPS in 2023 as an Analyst. He is currently an Associate on the team, where he supports transaction execution and value creation initiatives across the CPS portfolio, with a particular focus on PharmaSmart and Royal House Partners.
Prior to joining CPS, Josh started his career at Roynat Equity Partners, a Calgary based mid-market private equity firm, where he was active in deal execution and portfolio management in the Calgary and Vancouver offices.
Josh holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University.
