Gregg joined CPS in 2024 as a Vice President and now serves as a Principal.
Gregg collaborates with the team to formulate investment strategy, lead new platform initiatives, and support the firm’s existing portfolio, with a particular focus on Kii Health (formerly CloudMD) and Actual Pet Foods.
Most recently, Gregg worked at Imperial Capital where he spent 7 years on their Deal Team and was a key member of several highly successful investments including Gateway Services (2023 CVCA Deal of the Year), MRO Corporation (2020 CVCA Deal of the year), among others. Gregg brings more than 13 years of experience inclusive of 3 years with CIBC Capital Markets working on the Global Investment Banking team and 3 years with Deloitte where he earned his Chartered Accountant designation.
Gregg holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of British Columbia.
