Ali joined CPS in 2026 as an Analyst on the Investment Team, where he supports transaction execution, portfolio strategy, and value creation initiatives, with a focus on Actual Pet Foods and Kii Health.
Prior to CPS, Ali worked at Valsoft Corporation and Constellation Software, investment firms specializing in the acquisition and long-term operation of vertical market software businesses, where he focused on buy-side deal execution.
Ali holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance, with a minor in Computer Science, from Concordia University’s John Molson School of Business.
