Ailsa joined CPS in 2023 as an Associate. She supports transaction execution and portfolio company value creation initiatives across the portfolio, with a particular focus on Tree Care Partners.
Prior to CPS, Ailsa was a Manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Corporate Advisory & Restructuring division where she worked with distressed companies and stakeholders to navigate through various stages of the turnaround, restructuring and insolvency process.
Previously, Ailsa worked in the Financial Services Assurance practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she qualified as a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) in 2020.
Ailsa holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania.
